NAVCO^®110 Volt Electric rotary vibrators are ideal for flow aid applications on small volumetric feeder hoppers.

NAVCO® Electromechanical vibratory drives are completely sealed for dust-tight operation and are suitable for wash down. The drives run quietly to help meet noise level regulations and require no lubrication. Because of this they are virtually maintenance free.

• Universal voltage:
• 115volts, 1 phase, 60 Hz, 0.3 amp, 24 watt – operates at 3,600 RPM
• Four (4) adjustable force output settings:
  • 3.25 lbs., 6.5 lbs., 9.57 lbs, 13 lbs.
• Sturdy aluminum housing with bright finish
• Sturdy mounting base with slotted mounting holes
• Stainless Steel ends caps with O-ring seals
• Quiet operation – as quiet as a standard AC motor
• Prewired pig tail - 40” long
• Enclosure protection per IP-66
• Suitable for wash down and non-hazardous dust

  Enclosed push button starter
  Mounting channel
  T-slot mounts

• A channel must be used for reinforcement
  when mounting an electromechanical vibrator.
  
• The reinforcement channel should extend the full length of the sloped section of the storage vessel.
  
• A plate may be welded to the channel and machined to the bolt hole specification of the vibrator.
  
• The vibrator should be mounted in the bottom ½ to ¼ of the sloped section (cone) of the storage vessel.
