Industrial pneumatic piston vibrators are commonly installed on storage containers of all sizes including: Bins, hoppers, silos and even chutes or pipes.

Vibrators effectively promote material flow by eliminating the formation of bridges and rat holes. Special saddle type mounting brackets can be engineered for pipe installations.

Piston vibrators are also designed with a special mounting to fit on the dovetail bracket of hopper rail cars to improve unloading.

Electromechanical Vibrators are used as drives on linear motion vibratory feeders and screens.

Vibratory tables for compaction and testing are other applications that commonly uses industrial vibrators.

Model BH vibrators by NAVCO^® come in 10 sizes to fit a wide range of applications. BH pneumatic piston vibrators are available in silent and impacting models. In addition, Teflon Coating is available for the BH vibrator inside and out. Teflon coating inside the bore and on the piston extends wear life when lubrication is not permitted such as in food processing. Teflon coating on the outside adds corrosion resistance and allows for clean wash down when debris gets coated on the vibrator’s exterior.

Used for both flow aids and vibratory equipment drives, Electromechanical vibrators come in over 50 models that deliver 150 to 27,000 pounds of centrifugal force. They are suitable for wash down and also come in explosion proof models.
