Truck Vibrators Truck Mounted BH Model

Truck Mounted BH model vibrators offer the following advantages:

 Complete unloading without tail gate banging, lift bouncing, braking or jerking means longer life for the equipment.

 Continuous flow at the tail gate means an even spread during mobile unloading. 
Installation
 

For installation, a mounting plate is welded to the trailer skin and an air line is connected from the air brake to the vibrator.  The vibrator should be mounted approximately 1/4 of the length of the bed, toward the front on dump bodies. One unit on each side of the mast is most effective.

On hopper bodies the vibrator should be mounted as close to the opening as possible. One per hopper is sufficient in most cases.

If the vibrators will be operated while the truck is in motion an alternate air reservoir is required to assure adequate air for brakes.
