BH Series -   Installation Instructions

Mounting on Rectangular Hoppers (Flat surface)
Determine proper mounting location, assure a mounting angle greater than 20 degrees unless 'SP' type. (Spring Option)

A backing plate is recommended to reinforce the bin wall (normally the same thickness as the bin wall)

Weld plate 'A' part number  to hopper wall or backing plate (skip weld and avoid weld in corners) with low hydrogen rod.

Insert bolts 'B' in slots and place vibrator over bolts
Install and thread lockwasher and nut 'D'. Tighten securely.

Install a safety cable (part number CB 0.00) from the eye of the vibrator to a permanent structure nearby.
