Solid State Repeat Cycle Timers and Sequencers

Cycle Timers are as imple means to control vibration systems or to integrate vibrator operations into the materialhandling process. Variable Electronic Timers give maximum reliability in a wide range of timing situations with out changing gears or setting cams. VETs are particularly well suited for dusty, dirty industrial locations and continuous 365 day a year production.

Simple to Install

The NAVCO VET 160 is an On/Off timer for one output.

The VET 145 is a sequencer for up to 10 outputs.

This means that for a set on/off cycle, each output will operate one at a time in sequential order.

Automatic Pneumatic Timers * Explosion Proof *

A Pneumatic Timer is especially suited for hazardous environments because it needs no electrical connections and meets all explosion proof requirements. It is totally controlled by air and has a variable on/off cycle from 1 second to 15 minutes with independant adjustments.

NAVCO APT timers are available in 1/2" and 3/4" sizes to adapt to a wide range of applications.

Mounting Accessories

T-Slotted Mounting plate for flat surfaces on square or rectangular bins. Available for BH 1 ¼” through BH 6” Vibrators. Complete with hex head cap screws and self-locking nuts.

T Slotted Mounting Plate Part Numbers

Channel Mounting for all curved surface bins or hoppers. Available for BH 1” through BH 8” Vibrators. Complete with hex head cap screws and self-locking nuts.

Channel Mounting Plate Part Numbers

U-Bolt Pipe Mounting clamps the vibrator to the pipe without welding. Available for most vibrators and pipe sizes for light duty applications. Prevents pipe scale build-up and plugging.

Pipe Mounted Saddle Clamps are also available for heavy duty applications.

Slip Mounting for flat surfaces on rectangular or square bins allows for easy removal of vibrator. Available for BH 1 ?” through BH 2” Vibrators.

Special Application Options

Single Tapped Exhaust Port in Head Plate (BH-1 thru BH-3 Long) Can be used for an exhaust protector or a hose to direct exhaust.

Dual Tapped Exhaust Port in Head Plate
(BH-4 thru BH-8) Can be used for an exhaust protector or a hose to direct exhaust.

Four Tapped Exhaust Port in Standard Location (BH-1 thru BH-8)
Usually used for external exhaust protectors.

Spring Option for Horizontal Mounting
Recommended when mounting in a horizontal position to ensure positive starting action.

To ensure proper mounitng and personal safety NAVCO recommends using a safety cable connecting the vibrator to a nearby support structure.
