Applications:

The MC series fits most Molding/Core machines in use throughout North America.

Benefits:

State-of-the-art machining allows the MC series to hold down costs and air consumption, while increasing the frequency, amplitude and wear life of these heavy-duty vibrators. NAVCO® Mold/Core Machine Vibrators are cast from ductile iron for extra strength, and equipped with springs for horizontal mounting.

Options:

The mounting surface of the MC can be modified for clearances. It is available in 3 piston diameters: 1”, 1-1/4” and 1-5/8”. The MC 1” and 1-1/4” are available with optional bolt centers to fit a variety of machines. The MC 1-5/8” is available with only 4” centers.
